Bihar Teacher Recruitment 2021: The government of Bihar has announced a large number of vacancies in primary and secondary schools, which is good news for teachers looking for work in the state. According to media reports, the Bihar government approved the filling of 40518 primary school openings and 5334 secondary school vacancies on September 7.

Bihar Teacher Recruitment 2021 Details

On Tuesday, the Nitish Cabinet came to this decision. The Education Department has given its clearance for the recruitment of headmasters in primary and secondary schools, while the Panchayati State Institution and Municipal Corporation has sanctioned 40518 jobs of Elementary Teacher and City Elementary Teacher. In the Panchayati State Institution, there are now 5334 vacancies for Headmasters in secondary and higher secondary schools.

Candidates are recommended to wait until the job advertisement is released before requesting detailed eligibility criteria. Following the distribution of the comprehensive notification, state-by-state vacancy information will be provided.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) from an NCTE-accredited institution or NIOS.

Graduate degrees are also acceptable. Candidates must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or the Central Teacher Eligibility Test to be considered (CTET).

Selection Process

On the basis of the Merit List, only CTET or Bihar Teacher Eligibility Test passed candidates would be shortlisted. Selected candidates will be contacted to verify their documents.
