Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board or CG Vyapam will act as the conducting body of CG PET. It is basically the state level engineering entrance exam and the selected applicants will get admission in various streams like agricultural engineering, dairy technology and other engineering branches.
Note: It is expected that the application form for CGPET 2020 will be released in the month of March 2020 and mode of application will be online.

CG PET Important Dates 2020
The events and dates related to the CG PET 2020 are notified by CPEB on its website.

CG PET 2020 Application Form
The applicants will find the application link on the website. Students can apply for Application Form by online process.
- The online application form of CG PET 2020 will be released in the 3rd week of March 2020.
- All the students need to fill application form carefully .
- Candidates also have to affix the scanned image of the photograph and signature as per requirement .
- The last date to pay the application fee and submit the application form is until the 4th week of April 2020.
- Before submitting the application form, candidates must verify that all the details filled in the application are correct. No correction facility will be provided by the Board to correct mistakes in the application.
CG PET Application fee
- Now applicants will require submitting the application fee which is Rs. 200/- and Rs. 150/- for OBC and Rs. 100/- for those belonging to SC/ST/PH category by net banking, ICICI or SBI bank or in bank challan.

CG PET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Go through the complete eligibility criteria given below before applying for CG PET 2020:
- Nationality: Applying a candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Domicile: He/she must be a resident of Chhattisgarh and should hold the domicile of the state.
For Dairy Technology
- The applicants should have passed 10+2 level exams or its equivalent from Chhattisgarh board or other university with a minimum 50% of marks. For the candidates under SC, OBC, SR or PH category, minimum 40% is required for qualification.
- The minimum age of the applicant should be 17 years at the time of admission.
For Agricultural Engineering
- The applicants should have passed 10+2 level exams or its equivalent from Chhattisgarh board or other equivalent university with a minimum 45% of marks. For SC, OBC, SR or PH category, minimum 40% is required for qualification.
- The minimum age of the applicant should be 16 years at the time of admission.
For Engineering
- The applicants must have passed 10+2 level exams or its equivalent from Chhattisgarh board or other equivalent university with a minimum 45% of marks. For SC, OBC, SR or PH category, minimum 40% is required for qualification.
- The candidates who are appearing in the final year are also eligible.
CG PET 2020 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for CG PET 2020 will be as follows:
- Exam Date and Shifts: CG PET 2020 entrance exam will be held in the 2nd week of May 2020 in two shifts – morning and afternoon.
- Number and Type of Questions: A total of 150 multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam.
- Language Medium: Question paper will be available in both English and Hindi Language.
- Total Marks: The question paper will be of a total of 150 marks.
- Time Duration: Candidates have to complete the exam for 3 hours.
- Marking Scheme: For every right answer, +1 mark will be awarded. Negative marking is not applicable.
CG PET 2020 Admit Card
The admit card for CG PET 2020 can be downloaded from the official website of the board. The candidates need to enter their registration number and password in order to download their admit card.
CG PET 2020 Result
The students who will appear for the CG PET 2020 exam can check the result from the official website. It is expected that the result will be announced in the month of May 2020.
CG PET 2020 Counselling
Soon after the declaration of result, the schedule for counselling will be updated on the official website. Please note that the counselling for JEE Main qualifiers and CG PET 2020 qualifiers will be held separately.
