Educational Qualifications

Civil – A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 65 percent grades from a recognised university is required.
Electrical – A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 65 percent grades from a recognised university is required.
Electronics – A degree in Electronics Engineering from a recognised university with a minimum of 65 percent marks is required.
Mechanical – A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 65 percent grades from a recognised university is required.
Naval Architecture – A degree in Naval Architecture from a recognised university with a minimum of 65 percent marks is required.
Information Technology – A degree in engineering in computer science from a recognised university with a minimum of 65 percent marks is required.

Human Resources – A degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 65 percent marks is required. AND b) A two-year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following fields from a recognised university, with a minimum of 65 percent marks.

Age

maximum age is 27 years.
The candidate must have been born on or after October 28, 1994.
The upper age limit for OBC (Non Creamy Layer) candidates has been reduced by three years.

The upper age limit for SC/ST has been lowered by 5 years.

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) have had their upper age limit relaxed by ten years.

Pay scale

Executive Trainees are paid a monthly stipend of 50,000 Rs. In addition, candidates would be paid Rs. 3000 for working extra and on closed holidays. After one year of training, candidates would be appointed to the position of Assistant Manager with a Grade E-1 salary range of Rs. 40000-3 percent -140000 and remuneration fixed at the beginning of the scale. As of today, the CTC per annum at the lowest level of the E1 pay range comes out to over 13 lakhs.
