MAT 2021 : Exam Date, Notification, Registration, Fees, Syllabus, Pattern 

MAT 2021 ( Management Aptitude Test ) 2021 is a national level test which is conducted by AIMA ( All India Management Association). This exam is conducted four times a year. Through this exam candidates can take admission in the top B-Schools. Any B-School – national or international – can consider MAT Score as an admission input based on the Score Cards issued to the candidates.

The important dates of MAT 2021 Exam is given below but the dates can be tentative

Note : AIMA introduces remote proctored Internet Based mode (IBT) for MAT and instead of going to the test centre candidates can give the exam at home.

MAT 2021-Registration

There are some different pattern to fill registration form.

  • The candidates can fill the registration form via online procedure.
  • The candidates have to fill the required information like  filling application form, document upload, etc.
  • Candidates have to upload the photo in 40 to 150 Kb and signature sign must be in 40 to 150 kb.
  • It’s important for the candidate to take out the print out of it.

 

MAT 2021-Fees

The candidates have to pay the application fee only through online mode. Fees can be pain through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. Once the fee is paid it can not be refundable.

MAT 2021-Syllabus

Candidates must know the complete syllabus of MAT 2021 which help you to prepare well for the exam.

  • English

vocabulary and grammar, Passage, Fill in the blanks, Synonyms and Antonyms, Idioms, Jumbled words and sentences, Odd word out, Sentence correction, Para jumbles

 

  • Mathematics 

arithmetic, geometry, trigonometry, probability, number system, cubes mensuration etc.

Profit and loss, Partnerships, Percentages, Ratio, Time-speed and distance, Time and work, Averages, Profit and loss 

 

  • Critical Reasoning 

Analogy, Statement-Conclusion, Assertion Reason, Series, Family Tree/Relation, Coding and Decoding, Directions, Cause and Effect

  • Data Analysis and Sufficiency

   Case let, Bar graph, Pie Chart, Line graph, Mixed charts and graphs, Data Sufficiency, Data Comparison, Table

 

  • GK

Current Affairs, politics, Economics, Business Awareness, Sports, Social issue

 

MAT 2021-Exam Pattern

To score well in the MAT 2021 and to get top B-School the candidates have to know the pattern of the exam to prepare well with a good strategy and plan.

 

  • There is objective based question.
  • The exam can be conducted in both online and offline mode.
  • The total duration of exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes(150 minutes).
  • The total number of questions are 200.
  • For each correct answer one marks will be given.
  • The is a negative marking of 0.25 for incorrect answer that is one-fourth mark will be deducted.
