UP Medical Colleges fees 2020: The fees of medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh have been fixed. To study MBBS in private colleges, you will have to spend up to Rs 1.5 crore now. The fees have been fixed from Rs 17 lakh to Rs 22 lakh annually. The state governor has given his approval to the fees fixed in all the colleges on the basis of their facility and expenses.

UP MBBS Fees Hike Notification released 

Notification issued : Joint Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay has issued a notification in this regard. Also, a copy of this has been made available to the Director General of Medical Education and Training. The fees of all medical colleges have been fixed and it has been made public so that the illegal allotment of fees or donations is not done to the students who have been allotted seats through counseling.

UP Medical Colleges 2020 Fees  

This is a historic decision in UP’s medical education. This is the first time that the government has fixed the fees for medical studies in UP. Fees have been fixed for three years in UP’s medical colleges like engineering colleges.  Such fees have been fixed  of colleges for 2015-16 Based on the audited balance sheet, the assessment of 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19, based on the operating cost, has been fixed at 7% inflation rate. Before fixing the fees, the management of colleges was also given an opportunity to speak.

The fixed fees are just tuition fees which do not include hostel fees or any other college fees.  50% seats will be subsidized  Government has two types Seats have been fixed. 50 percent seats will be subsidized. On which only a fee of Rs 36 thousand has been fixed. It will remain the same in all government and private colleges. Non-subsidized seat fees have been fixed at an average of Rs 20 lakh per annum, which will vary from college to college.
